(This article is for conservatives, for Republicans and especially, for those who would like to know why their gut feeling that Trump actually won the 2020 election doesn’t seem to match the facts they read and see in the media.)
A lot of people who dislike Trump carry on about how none of the 2020 election results were invalidated at the time, how there simply was not any fraud. They talk about how the votes went down, that Republicans picked up seats, that Democrats lost seats, and why, if there was cheating, didn’t the left sweep the 2020 elections?
The short answer is, Democrats didn’t have to sweep anything. All they had to do was get enough electoral college votes to elect Biden. They didn’t care if any particular one of their reps didn’t make it through as long as enough did to win the election.
Making that happen involved cautious and careful choices as outlined in the Time Magazine article of January 2021 by Molly Ball, The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election. Once you’ve read this present article, go back and read that one for background. It will establish an understanding for you that confirms what I’m about to tell you.
Trump as we know challenged the 2020 results in court. That didn’t go well, but why didn’t those court challenges go well? There’s a lot of reasons, but here’s the one that matters most.
One of the things made clear when Giuliani's cases came to court, those very few that weren't dismissed over legal process issues such as laches, and lack of standing, they went down because there wasn't time to gather evidence. Remember, there was a very short timeline to bring these issues to court, and if memory serves, it was late December - about six weeks after the election. There was a lot to learn about what happened in 2020, and it was not at all obvious. Even today, there’s much that we don’t know.
But just how much have we learned since that time? As it turns out, quite a bit. For example…
Since that time, Wisconsin's Supreme Court has decided that the 2020 changes to their state's election laws were unconstitutional.
“𝐼𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑣𝑜𝑡𝑒 𝑖𝑠 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑦 𝑚𝑒𝑎𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑎𝑡 𝑎𝑙𝑙,” 𝑤𝑟𝑜𝑡𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑡 𝑚𝑎𝑗𝑜𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑖𝑛 𝑇𝑒𝑖𝑔𝑒𝑛 𝑣. 𝑊𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑛 𝐸𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝐶𝑜𝑚𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛, “𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑚𝑢𝑠𝑡 𝑏𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑡𝑜 𝑙𝑎𝑤.”
𝐴 𝑓𝑒𝑤 𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑠 𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑟, 𝑖𝑡 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑢𝑒𝑑: “𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑣𝑜𝑡𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑢𝑝𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑒𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑢𝑙𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑙𝑎𝑤 𝑔𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑠 𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠. If 𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑜𝑢𝑡𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑎𝑤, 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡 conferred 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑢𝑝𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡. Such elections are unlawful and their results are illegitimate.”
“𝑆𝑢𝑐ℎ 𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑢𝑛𝑙𝑎𝑤𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑒.”
In other words, Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes should have gone to Trump. But they didn't. That change would have made the electoral college vote 242 to 296. Still a Biden win.
But what if Georgia had found those 11,000 votes Trump wanted? There were significant questions about the GA vote. Let’s say they did discover enough discrepancies to change the voting, and now we're at 258 - 280.
How many other states changed the voting laws illegally, via court rulings? Wisconsin was not the only one. According to a lawsuit filed by Texas, the elections in four states - Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin - were unconstitutional. And you know, I’ve never heard it said that Texas’ Attorney General Ken Paxton was a nutcase or a fool. There’s some hard law in this lawsuit, you can read the details here.
But as in other cases, a judge decided the case wouldn’t be heard so we never got to hear these arguments in full.
HERE’S THE PROBLEM. NOBODY GOT TO ASK
THESE QUESTIONS IN A COURT OF LAW. DID THEY?
The irony of this is in the Supreme Court’s denial in which they stated:
“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.
The fact is, had Texas won its lawsuit and gotten the election results reversed, it would not now be facing the onslaught of illegals at the border. Now if that’s not a cognizable interest, I’m not sure what is. But of course, who could have predicted the mayhem that Biden’s disastrous policies have brought down on the nation?
Oh, wait - lots of us did. We just kinda underestimated how bad it would be. But most of you weren’t listening to us, so there’s that.
Now, let's talk about Zuck Bucks. In several states, Zuck Bucks were used in a GOTV operation that was illegal in that it targeted democrat voters largely to the exclusion of republican voters.
That information wasn't available until long after the certification of the vote, well after the end date for any court challenges, long after the certification of the vote - but we know it now, don't we? And btw, Zuck Bucks were a big factor in Wisconsin's election too.
It’s too late now to change things, isn’t it?
What's done is done. But let's look at what happened in Georgia with Zuck Bucks:

PA is 20 more EC votes for Trump, we're at 278 to 260 - FOR TRUMP.
Everyone wants facts and figures, data. There's your data. Wisconsin by a WI Supreme Court decision. All of those votes were illegal, but because of how the court challenges HAD to be structured and the timeline in play, it wasn't possible to present the evidence to back them up.
The Zuck Buck votes were equally illegal in that the Zuck Buck’s were used illegally, if not unconstitutionally. In case you don’t get it, let me refer you again to the words of Wisconsin’s Supreme Court:
𝐼𝑓 𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑜𝑢𝑡𝑠𝑖𝑑𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑙𝑎𝑤, 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑒𝑜𝑝𝑙𝑒 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑓𝑒𝑟𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑢𝑝𝑜𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑛𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡. 𝑆𝑢𝑐ℎ 𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑢𝑛𝑙𝑎𝑤𝑓𝑢𝑙 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑖𝑟 𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑢𝑙𝑡𝑠 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑒.”
Now, let’s jump outside of the courtrooms and backrooms and into the newsrooms, and lo, we find Hunter Biden’s laptop. Numerous polls and surveys indicate that, had people voting for Biden been aware of the laptop and what was found on it, they would have changed their votes in numbers enough to give Trump the election.
And what do we know about the laptop affair that we didn’t know two years ago?
Well, we now know that the FBI and possibly other government agencies violated the First Amendment in their rush to squash stories that favoured President Trump. We have only just now learned this, courtesy of Elon Musk and the Twitter Files.
That’s right - America’s primary law, the Constitution, the First Amendment no less, was violated by government entities, by people who swore an oath to that Constitution, to help remove a sitting president they didn’t approve of. These people worked in tandem with a left leaning media who despised Trump, making it all very easy for people to forget niceties like the Constitution.
Why did I say approve? Because “like/dislike” isn’t what it’s about. As much as the establishment hates Trump, they would have abided by him if they weren’t afraid that he would upset their applecart.
America, your country is a mess, it's totally screwed up and why is that? For starters, you have a moron as president, along with a supporting cast of woke idiots. And why do you have that fool in the White House?
Because the party he belongs to and its supporters and even supposedly non-partisan government agencies cheated you and your fellow Americans in every conceivable way they could find to do it. And, they’ve gotten away with it.
Unlike December and January of 2020, the evidence is now available, if you choose to look for it, and not deny its import.
Why doesn't anyone bring this to court now? It's too late. Election challenges have their own built in Statute of Limitations. In 2020, it was January 6. It’s too late. You’re stuck with this mess, at least until 2024. Hopefully, not any longer.
In 2020, the left didn't need to elect every democrat on the ticket. They just needed what they got, and that was enough to win the election. They got that, and the left will try to do it again because too many Republicans refuse to look at what happened, deeming it wrong because, somehow, doing so supports Trump. We can’t have that now, can we?
So let’s not look at what happened in 2020, and in that way, we don’t have to reconsider any of this. Let’s not wonder about 2022, or about Arizona and what might have happened there. Or Pennsylvania, again, who elected a man essentially unable to communicate or do his job. Let’s just screw shut our eyes, pretend Trump never happened, that people actually voted against Trump’s candidates and weren’t cheated out of their votes (again) and let’s hope and pray to take back the White House in 2024.
Good luck with that. Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it.

p.s. I’m not a Trump supporter. In my opinion, his time has come and gone. All of what has gone on since the 2020 election has made the man unelectable for far too many Americans.
If America is to survive and prosper, Republicans have to choose someone electable, someone who will resume Trump’s policies, including tearing down the embedded deep state and removing its actors.
Now go read that Time article I mentioned and linked above.
Thank you for continuing these “we have lots of theories but no proof” essays. I hope tens of thousands read it and believe it. It’s more likely that 5 people will read it but, what the hell.
Trump cost us 4 years of misery. But his lies, actions, and the continued bullshit being put out by people like you have killed the Republican Party for the next 25 years. Please, keep it up. 35 would be better.
Don’t worry though. While you all create conspiracy theories and pretend to be patriots, the adults in the country are just going to ignore you and continue to get shit done.
